Please read these terms and conditions carefully. You should understand that by visiting our website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these.

PLACING AN ORDER
You can purchase products from www.studiocolor.co by clicking on the desired products. These are then collected together in a virtual basket of goods. By clicking the basket you are able to check the order and the correctness of its content, especially the price and the quantity and, if necessary, to correct it. Going to the next step - the checkout page - you will get a compilation of the products to be purchased and the total cost of your order. After completing the billing and shipping information, press the “PLACE ORDER” button in order to send your order for processing.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse an order and to notify you in the shortest time possible.


PRICES
All prices on www.studiocolor.co are shown in euro. You will be charged the prices as shown on www.studiocolor.coat the time you place your order. The exact shipping costs are automatically calculated when you place your order and will depend on your shipping address, the weight and the size of your order. www.studiocolor.cohas the right to cancel the promised products in the event that the prices were incorrectly shown due to technical defaults.


INVENTORY
We make every effort to keep our product stocks updated. However, in the unlikely event you place an order for a product that is out of stock, www.studiocolor.cohas the right to cancel your order. If you have already paid for the product, www.studiocolor.co will reimburse you for the exact amount you paid.


PAYMENT METHODS
When you have finished shopping and choose to proceed to check out, you will be asked to complete your payment. You can pay for your order using any of the following payment methods:

Card Payment - You can make you online card payment with your personal card or a business card in complete safety. Accepted cards are those issued by Visa / Visa Electron, MasterCard / Maestro. No additional commissions are charged for transactions. The security of your information is guaranteed by the fact that www.studiocolor.co does not store confidential data of your card, but sends them encrypted on a secure connection to the processing bank. This way your information is completely safe.


CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. You may cancel your order, as long as we have not sent out the items. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty.
If you cancel your order but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, we do not deliver to your area or one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price.
If we do cancel your order, we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit your credit card with the exact sum as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.


SHIPPING
Our products are shipped anywhere in the world.
When the payment for your order is confirmed, we will process and ship your order within 1 to 5 business days. Products will be shipped to the address you provided us with when you placed your order.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated when you place your order and will depend on your shipping address, the weight and the size of your order. The shipping fee for European Union countries is 20 Euros and for China, USA, Japan and Canada the shipping fee is 26 Euros.
The shipping cost within Romania is 4 euro for locations covered by the courier company. Any expenses with exterior kilometers will be borne by the client. Delivery will be made by courier and can take up to 1-2 working days.
Shipping within Europe generally takes 3-7 business days from the day of shipment. Shipping outside of Europe generally takes 3-15 business day from the day of shipment. These delivery times are an indication, not a guarantee.  Longer delivery times than the delivery times indicated here, will not entitle you to compensation or to cancel your order.
We ship our products with FUN curier. International packages are usually handled by a second national shipping company once the package has gone through customs. Should you fail to collect your package at the designated pick up address and the package is returned to us, we will reship the package to you provided that you pay for shipping costs.
If you entered the wrong address during your order process and we are forced to reship your package, please understand that there will be an additional shipping charge equal to your original order.
Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction. If an order is marked as delivered and you claim not to have received the item, we are not liable for the loss.
International orders outside Europe may be subject to custom charges. If you live in a country outside Europe and customs charges are imposed on your order, you will have to pay for these charges upon delivery of your order. As we have no control over custom charges, please understand that www.studiocolor.cocannot be held responsible for any additional custom charges imposed on your order.


RETURNS & REFUNDS
You may return any unused product purchased from us for any reason within 14 days of your purchase.
Please note that products can be returned only if they are in their original state, they show no sign of use or flaws and are accompanied by the original packaging and all documents received. We do not refund return products that have been used or damaged. Therefore we advise to carefully wrap a return product to prevent it from being damaged.
In case of returns, the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost are nonrefundable.
We only accept returned products sent through courier companies whose shipping fees have been paid by the sender (client).
Products that are returned should be sent to the following address: Drumul Taberei 70, m33, etaj9, ap 58, sector 6, Bucharest
We will reimburse you once the complete, unused and undamaged product has been received by us. A refund will be issued within 30 days after receiving your return product. You will receive your refund via the same payment method used to make your purchase.


WARRANTY
www.studiocolor.co provides the guarantee of traded products under provisions of Law 449/2003 and OG34/2014. Proof of purchase is required in order to exercise the warranty.
To ensure that your order is complete and without defects, you should examine your order upon delivery. While we make every effort that products reach their destination in perfect condition, in very rare cases, an order can be incomplete or damaged. If this is the case, please send us an email to colorstudioro@gmail.com  with images of the damaged product within 1 business day of accepting the package.
In case of a damaged product or an incomplete order, you are entitled to the delivery of a new product that is free of damages. In the event that the product ordered is no longer available, you are entitled to choose a different product that has the same value as the ordered product or to cancel the order.
www.studiocolor.co will not compensate any damage occurring to products due to improper handling.

All content found on our website is owned by www.studiocolor.co and is protected by Romanian and international copyright laws. Such content includes, but is not limited to, text, images, logos, patterns, software code, audio and video. No content material may be used, in any way, without our written permission. Downloaded, printed or viewed content is permissible for private, non-commercial use or for the purpose of evaluating goods, making a purchase or promoting the sale of goods to others.


DISCLAIMER
Despite the constant care and attention we devote to the composition and quality of the content on www.studiocolor.co, occasionally errors can occur. However, no errors are ever made deliberately or intentionally. The information on our website is updated regularly and any changes can always be applied with immediate effect. LIABILITY
www.studiocolor.co is never obliged to pay compensation for damages except if the damage suffered was inflicted intentionally or by the negligence of www.studiocolor.coor its employees.
In all cases in which www.studiocolor.co is obliged to pay compensation for damages, this will never be higher than the invoice value of the product to which or in connection with which the damage was caused.


FORCE MAJEURE
www.studiocolor.co is entitled to invoke force majeure if the implementation of the contract of sale is prevented or impeded by circumstances reasonably out of our control. These circumstances will include, but are not limited to, site or building blockades, strikes, specific work interruptions or work-to-rule slowdowns and lockout, delay in the provision to www.studiocolor.co of parts, goods or services ordered from third parties, accidents and interruptions of business operations.
In the case of force majeure, www.studiocolor.co will notify you as soon as possible by email.
In the case of force majeure, the obligations of www.studiocolor.co are suspended. If the force majeure lasts longer than three months, www.studiocolor.co and you as a customer are both authorized to revoke the contract of sale by a written declaration.


AMENDMENTS AND UPDATES
www.studiocolor.co has the right to change these terms and conditions and the content of the shop at any given time. Any changes or updates of these terms and conditions will be included in this document.
